Wush Wush is a rare Ethiopian heirloom variety of Arabica. The coffee cherries come from the Cauca region and are then processed naturally at Edwin Noreña's Campo Hermoso farm in Quindío: after 2 hours of soaking and 8 hours of anaerobic fermentation, they undergo a slow 26-day drying process and flavor stabilization. The cup reveals notes of tropical fruit, the sweetness of candy, winey acidity, and a richness of berry notes.
