This Caturra comes from the La Escondida farm in Valle del Cauca, where third-generation grower Jhon Flores Noreña cultivates the coffee. It undergoes a controlled 72-hour fermentation in the microclimate of a waterfall, then is washed and slowly dried on African beds, resulting in a clean yet expressive profile with pronounced sweetness.
