Story

This Orange Bourbon – Lavender Fusion comes from Finca Los Nogales in Huila, Colombia, a family-run specialty coffee farm led by Oscar Hernández, combining decades of tradition with an innovative natural process. The coffee is produced through selective hand-picking of fully ripe cherries, followed by washing and density sorting to ensure the highest quality beans. After dry pulping, the beans undergo 24 hours of natural fermentation in their own sugars, then are dried for approximately three weeks in contact with lavender flowers, adding a distinctive floral influence.
